Astonishing sales figures from Valve

Valve have just announced some pretty amazing sales figures from their Left4dead discount weekend...

Reducing the game's cost by half caused something like 200% more sales!

having just read an economists book i've learnt to hate silly quotations like that ... hard data is whats important ...

my maths is not the greatest but, 2 sales doubled to 4 would be a 200% increase .....WOW!

I hope Valve posted some sensible sale figs
