Tony & I tried out a custom campaign on L4D over the weekend, it was pretty good I thought.

For those that are interested, it was called Dead City

I would also like to try out Death Aboard.

Anyone wanna give this one a go?

always willing to have a go ... its the connection speeds that often let the experience down though

Ordinarily you'd think so, but we managed to find a dedicated server at the weekend, so us hosting our own server wasn't an issue.

this campaign is prety awesome. Probably needs a LAN to enjoy it though as some parts are pretty lagged to buggery.

EDIT: That map should be renamed "Heaven can bite my shiny metal arse":

it's downloading, but only at 40Kb/s   - and before anyone says it, it's got nothing to do with any gentleman's entertainment I might or might not have downloaded in the past month...

Assuming thats a link to the one we played last night ... I highly recommend it. I'd like to try the car park 'again' and this time right click only to see if the horde is ever alerted .... alternatively it would be nice to find a window to plop out of
