Can I get there for 4pm ? I can finish work at 4, so I can be there shortly after. (I work in winchester). You can arrive whenever you want. It is, after all, a free country. (And I know exactly where you work.) So, am I to take it from that that Biggus is not going to be a gentleman on this occasion ? I'm being a gentleman, I was just making the point that the setup has little to do with networking, and more to do with setting up places for you all to deposit your lard-encrusted arses.  Mr Rodney the Munch...The booking secretary has asked me to remind you to pay for the hire BEFORE Weds 11th. Rod, pull your finger out, you clown. On the subject of spare PCs, depending on whether my old mans around or not, i could bring my dads pc. Its a 1.3 gigz / 512 ram / Geforce 4 and will run COD/HL/UTK04/Gaylo/Battlefield 1942
Hopefully he will be away that weekend so i'll be able to 'borrow' it off him. Will be an extra person the Battlefield tourny to kill :twisted:

You're right, I can turn up at any time I like, but, if the terms of hire state I've gotta be there from the start, then I'm going to have to get there for 4pm. Ref my lard encrusted arse....It is, and if you're lucky I'll let you kiss it :shock: Oh hell, this is getting silly. Mr coldfire.....an extra PC would be spiffing. P.S. I'm totally PC illiterate (damn new fangled things - I've only just mastered my video recorder) So I may need some help setting one up (if one becomes available for me to use). |

The BFCC will let us use the room from 16:00 as discussed with the nice bookings lady today ;-) SO we can arrive then.
If it takes more than thirty mins to setup some tables and chairs between three of us, i'll be pretty miffed off. As to the machine setup that should take another tens mins of pluggin in. and the cable leads another five. any issues mail me - that does not say bite me for those in the forums who seem to see red at every mention of something that concerns them.
Everyone else is asked to arrive no earlier than 17:00, as if we are still in the process of setting up we do not want you standing around waffling in our ears......and that goes double for you Zardoz, i refuse to be tripping over your guide ropes or errrr 'handbags' !!!
Everything is sorted. Lets just have a good night.
